OUR CUISINE

Some people like to go out into the wild and tame the beasts in which with they return. We, on the other hand, like to welcome the wild in and let them run free. Take foxes for example. Those tasteful little creatures have the brains, sharpness, and curiosity with a thirst for life (but mostly food) just like us here at Copper Fox Gastropub. We left the den and followed their tracks, which inspired our “craveable” food and signature copper-mug cocktails. There’s a bit of refined curiosity in everything we serve; a pinch in every dish, a dash in every drink, using locally sourced and seasonal products.

So go head. Be curious. Try something new.

And above all else, stay foxy.
